Requirements
All youth umpires that desire to umpire games at the AA , AAA , or Majors level are required to attend, or they must be cleared by the Umpire in Chief before any games are awarded to them
All Managers and Coaches are encouraged to attend
Attendance is mandatory for all Managers and Coaches that would like to umpire behind the plate at the Majors level
If you or your child cannot attend, please communicate directly via email to Umpire in Chief Jeff Palk or Vice President Gus Beltran to discuss alternatives
