Sebastopol Little League pre-season baseball practices/clinics

Hello Sebastopol Little League families and volunteers!

Outdoor activities are allowed and encouraged even with Sonoma County's current stay at home order.

As a sport with minimal direct person to person contact, baseball can be a great way for children to interact safely with their peers, stretch their legs and have some fun!

With that in mind, Sebastopol Little League is offering pre-season baseball practices/clinics.

These will be fielded as demand and coaching are available. Registration is not a guarantee of participation. We will make every effort to get all interested players out.

Please know that our community's safety is our top priority, so all appropriate protocols following state and local guidelines will be in place for whichever activities we are able to provide.

Please see our website for additional information from California Department of Public Health and details regarding our Covid related plans and protocols:

Pre-season practices will be structured with:

  • Stable groups of up to 12 children and 4 adults.

  • Players grouped by age, rather than our traditional divisions (our system requires selecting a division, but we will not use it for these practices)

  • 1-2 practices weekly depending on weather and coaches availability

These practices are being offered free of charge, but we are asking for donations to help us offset costs and losses due to missing out on 2020 seasons.

Thank you for your past and continued support of positive and healthy youth activities in our community through the best team sport around! Please sign your player up for some baseball!

All the Best,

SLL Board
