School Eligibility Form - This is our preferred method of satisfying the residency requirement. It is the ONLY form you need IF your child attends a school within our district's boundaries.

Residency Requirements - This publication describes acceptable documents to prove residency within our district if your child does NOT attend a school within our district's boundaries. THREE documents are required.
