School Eligibility - This is our preferred method of satisfying the residency requirement. It is the ONLY form you need IF your child attends a school within our district's boundaries.

Residency Requirements - This publication describes acceptable documents to prove residency within our district if your child does NOT attend a school within our district's boundaries. THREE documents are required.

Medical Release Form - ALL PLAYERS must fill this out each year.

SLL Board Member Roles - This document outlines the general roles and responsibilities of each board member.  Note: The term for each board member is 12 months, starting in October of each year. Voting in of the new board members happens every September in the general meeting.
